Thanks Rich, I don't know Java as I said or C so I'll keep on looking for something purely in lotusscript or xpages or something i know; Lord I'll kill for a plugin at times like this lol.

I need to keep stress levels and excess sitting hours down to maintain a healthy bp. Sadly we've lost a few Notes people over the years to stress and high bp; wanna keep myself off the list!
